Storage West Mission Viejo is located on El Toro Road in the Northeast corner of the city, nestled nearly under the 241 Tollway. The nearest intersection is El Toro Road and Marguerite Parkway. We are just minutes away from Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Portola Hills, Trabuco Canyon and Foothill Ranch. Our nearest neighbor is the 40,000 member Saddleback Church, where Pastor Rick Warren is renowned for his book, ‘The Purpose Driven Life’. He has met with Presidents and Pope Francis to discuss matters of world interest and religion.
We are on the main route leading to the Whiting Wilderness Area, Tucker Bird Sanctuary and O’Neill Park, three of the most famous area nature preserves. Our community strives to offer all of the amenities of an urban area while maintaining a small town atmosphere of cooperation and caring. The Orange County weather is generally mild, which negates the need for climate controlled units.
There are several popular eating establishments within five minutes of the facility. Rubino’s is renowned for its pizza and they have delivered many times to hungry moving company workers at our location. We also have an Olemendi’s Mexican Food, Subway, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, all in the immediate area. Mulleady’s has excellent fish & chips and bangers & mash. Claim Jumpers is very popular for a larger menu selection. This allows our tenants to take a lunch break without traveling too far when they are moving in, out, or just re-organizing. If it just a quick jolt that is needed, we also have the proverbial Starbucks on the corner.
Our customers vary from military families who are trying to make do while loved ones are deployed, to large corporations that need extra room for files and equipment. Our typical tenant rents space to store items that overflow his or her garage, or to ‘de-clutter’ when placing their home on the market. Nearly all of the tenants remark on the cleanliness of the facility and the feeling of security they have when on the premises.
