Lake Forest is a newer, quiet, family oriented community nestled in between Silverado Canyon and Trabuco Canyon. We are located between the Foothill Towne Center and the Irvine Spectrum. Both are full of any type of restaurant you can think of, and more! We are just minutes away from the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful Huntington, Newport and renowned Laguna beaches.
Our facility is a mile and a half away from the Saddleback Church which is known worldwide for the teachings of Pastor Rick Warren.
The weather in Lake Forest is a typical Mediterranean type climate with temperatures ranging from the mid 80’s in the summer to the mid 50’s in the winter.
Our typical tenants are well educated, middle to upper middle class, friendly, community oriented people. They are attracted because we have a very knowledgeable, friendly and honest staff. We have an immaculate property as well as units with competitive prices – and a full line of moving and packing supplies. Plus, we are conveniently located near the local residential developments of houses, condos and apartments.
People are attracted to our facility by our excellent customer service, the clean facility and the strong security for our tenant’s stored items.
One of our tenants runs a homeless outreach charity program that serves Southern Orange County. The name of the charity is Homeless Ministry of South OC and the main contributors work tirelessly taking and distributing donations to the homeless as well as the smaller local churches in the area. Their work includes having sales of some of the clothes and shoes and other items they receive to help fund dinners, as well as financial support for the less fortunate. They have been tenants here for almost a year now and their Christian based program is growing in leaps and bounds! We are very proud to have them as tenants and we try to support their efforts by telling other tenants that may want to donate. Find out more about our great community on Facebook.
