National Stress Awareness Day is April 16th.

Our slogan at Storage West is “Here for You” but who will be there for you when you are stressed? Dont take the chance and wait for stress to happen. Try and find ways to relax before the stresses of life take over. Here are some tips on how to manage daily stress.

1. Take care of your body and mind.

Practice solitude. Get away from it all to help yourself recharge. Practice mindfulness during these moments to gain the full benefits of this activity.

2. Get regular exercise.

Walk the dog around your community. Take a bike ride. It can help clear your mind. Stretching your muscles between chores never hurts either.
