Storage West Fontana is located in Northern Fontana – with the I-15 1 mile to the west and the 210 freeway 1 mile to the north. We are in the Heritage Triangle shopping center and our cross streets are Baseline Avenue and Cherry Avenue.
If you are coming from out of state:- From Nevada, you can take the I-15 South all the way to the Baseline Avenue exit and head east for 1 mile. From Arizona, you would take the I-10 West until it connects with the I-15 North. From there the Baseline Avenue exit is just 10 minutes away, and then you would head east for 1 mile.
Our local community is full of friendly and outgoing people who take pride in their neighborhoods and schools. The Heritage community that we are located in has multiple schools that are part of the Etiwanda School District, one of the highest rated districts in all of California.
We are only about 5 minutes from the Victorian Gardens mall in Rancho Cucamonga which is home to plenty of upscale shops and boutiques. They also have some nice restaurants such as King’s Fish House, Lucille’s Smokehouse Barbeque, Slater’s 50/50, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant and BRIO Tuscan Grille.
Just about 2 miles south of our facility is the Auto Club Speedway. The Pacific Electric Trail passes right behind our facility. A few minutes north of us is the Jessie Turner Center. One of the most well-known landmarks in Fontana is the Lewis Library and Technology Center. Right next door to that is the Center Stage Theater which has been around since 1937.
We also have two very active community centers nearby. The Heritage Community Center is just two blocks away from us and the Jesse Turner Community and Health Center is only minutes away to the north.
The weather in this area is mostly warm throughout the year. Even in the middle of winter we get days that are in the low 80°s. Throughout Fall and Winter we have to contend with the Santa Ana winds which can reach over 80 mph.
Our typical customer is usually a family moving into one of the nearby housing communities. They like our close proximity to the Northern Fontana housing areas such as Hunter’s Ridge and of course Heritage, of which we are part. New customers like our focus on security and how quiet and clean it is here. We often get compliments on our well maintained property.
