Storage West Eastern Avenue is located in the southeast part of metro Las Vegas on South Eastern Avenue between Warm Springs Road and Robindale Road. The area is mainly residential with small businesses intermingled. If you are traveling to Las Vegas and looking for us, we are just 4 miles away from the McCarran International Airport’s terminal gates. If you are coming from Southern California and you are on the I15, take the NV-146 towards Henderson/Lake Mead, merge onto Saint Rose Pkwy/NV-146 towards Henderson/Boulder City, and turn left onto Eastern Avenue. We are 3.3 miles up the road on the left hand side. If you are coming from Arizona take US 93 – merge onto I215W – take the Eastern Avenue Exit 7 turning right onto Eastern Avenue. We are located on the left.
To the north of us is a large industrial area and the McCarran International Airport. Across the street we have the Dignity Palm Mortuary. To the south of us we have a large retail area, hospital and some great restaurants.
Here are some recommendations regarding restaurants and activities from staff at Storage West Eastern Avenue:
“If you like Mexican food, try Café Rio – their pork burritos are excellent. If you feel like a good hamburger and enjoy sports try Twin Peaks. If you want an upscale, quiet place to have a nice dinner visit BJ’s Brewhouse. If you crave BBQ then Memphis BBQ is just around the corner on Warm Springs Road. They have some really great ribs. If you are looking for something sweet, you could visit Freed’s Bakery. Try their wonderful strawberry cake!!
Our facility is located just 4 miles from the fabulous Las Vegas Strip. Stop by the ‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign and have your picture taken. Then you can head down the Strip and see New York, Paris, Egypt, Italy – it’s all there, just waiting for you. Out of town you can visit Hoover Dam – a depression era engineering marvel offering tours and scenic views of the Colorado River and Lake Mead. Take a cruise around Lake Mead – they offer lunch and dinner cruises. It’s a great way to see the sights and enjoy a meal. On your way back, stop by Lake Las Vegas – they have a cobble stone street with hotels and restaurants.
If you want to get some exercise, try Sunset Park, its right up the street from us. They have jogging trails, sports fields and an enclosed pet area. Let your dog enjoy some play time in with other dogs – plus they have a 9-acre lake. There is also a walking/jogging trail that will take you through the desert and around the lake.”

The economy of this area is based on manufacturing, retail, gaming and tourism. Our typical customer is usually either residential or commercial. Because we are so close to the Strip and Airport we also get a lot of convention attendees. We are right on a main street so we are easy to find. Our customers love that our store and grounds look brand new even though we have been in business since May of 2006.
Our facility has no stairs or elevators, so all of our units are easily accessible. We also have 30 RV/Boat parking spaces that are covered. There is lots of room and we have wide aisles for semi-tractor trailers and trucks, making it easy for cross-county renters to access their unit.
Our management staff has been in place since the store opened and our customers like the service that is provided. Many keep coming back or refer their friends and relatives to us. We have built a great community of renters by our out-going friendly customer service. Check out our community on Facebook, Twitter and Google+.
