The 92128 community of San Diego, CA is in the Northeast end of San Diego near Black Mountain Open Space Park. 92128 is North of Downtown San Diego and less than twenty miles from the Pacific Ocean.
The 92128 area of San Diego is south of San Marcos and Escondido. It is north of the Mira Mesa community of San Diego. To the East is Poway, CA and to the South is San Diego and La Mesa, CA.

The Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve is west of the 92128 area This area has over 1,500 acres of land that has been preserved as it was since San Diego started to develop. North of this community is the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, which is a wildlife sanctuary for over three hundred different species.
Some other places to check out in San Diego are Balboa Park, located in downtown, and the La Jolla Cove.
