Staff was friendly, as well as the staff that helped me saw off my lock that would not open with my key when I was vacating. I did have a BIG problem with paying my account online, I never was able to which was extremely frustrating and I voiced my frustration and concerns to the office and no one did anything about it. They stated it would get fixed time and time again, but in the end when I decided to vacate it never was taken care. Not everyone has time to call in and make a payment and let alone wait for someone to process their payment over the phone. No kind of compensation or discount was given which I believe it should have since the issue was never fixed at all during my rental stay. Other than that the unit was safe, price sort of went up when I was getting ready to vacate which was not good.
