I can not believe the service at this facility! It is wonderful! Gwen and Mike are kind and helpful and go out of there way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. It is always clean and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Mike and Gwen, Gwen and Mike! I don't believe that I can adequately convey my appreciation for them. On a personal level I have made new close friends, and I am delighted with them. Professionally they both represent their company exceptionally well. They are the best that I have seen as resident managers of storage facilities.

I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a First Class operation. Mike and Gwen are customer driven Managers who look out for yor best interests.You know your property stored here is well protected,nothing goes on here that Mike and Gwen are not aware of.Every thing I ever needed was taken care of and fully explained to me.Truly a well operated Facility.

This is a great secure facility that meets our requirements. The facility is always clean and tidy, which I appreciate. The Manager, Mike, takes security very seriously so I have no concern to worry about my equipment or vehicles. I would highly recommend this establishment and the Managers who runs it.

I first met Mike before Christmas when he gave me the 'Universal Studios' type tour of his facility. He is certainly a man who keeps a tight ship, I like that! His infectious personality, integrity and not to mention willingness to help was refreshing. I actually live across the pond yet Gwen and Mike were accommodating to my requirements, I had no need to look anywhere else.

This storage facility is simply the best! Mike and Gwen are professional and friendly. They are always happy to see you, can answer any question you might have and provide the best service regardless what time you call or stop by. The facility is very clean and I never worry about the security for me or my belongings. I strongly recommend this facility over any other for your storage needs and friendly service. After 24 years in the military and making several moves, I can’t think of a better place for my storage needs.

Mike and Gwen are such a pleasure and make visiting the storage unit both fun and pleasant. They are always smiling and kind and keep everything clean and safe. They are what make the location and the facility different and better than all the rest!

I needed to get a storage unit for work purposes since I am in a business in which I get packages often daily and dont have room to store them in an apartment. I happened across this storage unit by chance and I couldnt be more pleased with storage west. Mike and Gwen are great owners and I look forward to seeing Mikes contagious positive attitude every time I am there. Mike treats me more like a daughter than a customer, and is always looking out for ways to accomodate my needs. I get packages shipped to my unit daily and have never had a problem with packages showing up. The grounds are very secure as well and I always feel safe having important items shipped directly to my unit. Couldn't ask for a better experience at a storage unit. I would definitely reccommend this location and storage west to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and friendly atmostphere to store their belongings.

I went 12 miles out of my way and paid a premium due to the great service from Mike and Gwen. I feel like they are friends now, and I know they will do whatever it takes to keep me happy.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how pleasant I have found Mike and Gwen at the Scottsdale and Bell Road location. During my tour Mike was focused on my needs and offered advice on how much space I really needed. He showed honesty and integrity which I really appreciate. I am genuinely impressed by their genuine concern to accommodate my needs. I have rented at other locations but never have I felt so comfortable with the managers of the location. Their smiles are infectious and the lessons Mike shares with me have also helped me deal with some of life's tough situations. All this and a great rental experience too. What a great staff!

Mike is not only a fantastic manager but one of the wisest people I know. I walked in looking to store my car and came out with some incredible life values. He makes it worth it go to storage west rather than a competitor.
