Your Orange storage rental is strictly month-to-month, no long leases needed. Your storage space rental starts on the day you move in, i.e. you move in on the 15th, your next month's space rental is due on the 15th. There is a one-time administration fee of only $19.95. No deposits are required.

I really wanted to give a good review because getting a unit was quick and easy and when I had to go back to give my renters insurance info and my new updated address, the gal was so very nice at the desk. When I intially rented the small unit, the guy (Bob) told me three times that the second month was free. There was even another customer standing in the office at the time! However, after the very first month I was sent an overdue notice and on top of that it was sent to the wrong address so I got it really late. I had to pay $30 in overages. My contract does not reveal that the "second month is free" at all, so I feel like I have been "had" by a sly talker at the front desk. So bummed.
