Christy, was friendly and professional with check in, providing all info clearly, making sure I understood all aspects of the storage contract (stored my SUV for 3 months). Upon pickup, my car cover was missing. I informed Erik and he went the extra mile to find and return it to me (wind has blown it across the storage area). Thanks for the great service Christy and Eric.

I have had the pleasure of storing my personnel property at StorageWest. I have been greeted each time by Christy and Erik. No matter how busy they have been they take the time to smile (which means alot) and say hi. I have made phone calls to them as well and their customer service has been professional but yet made me feel like they really care. Thank you Storage West.
